CHRR is pleased to host an essay competition each spring in partial fulfillment of its mission to encourage fresh perspectives on all things HR and to strengthen the tripartite relationship between students, faculty, and professionals in the field. The competition invites undergraduate and graduate students at Cornell University to compose an 800- to 1,600-word essay in response to one of three prompts addressing an HR issue. Winning entries are published in CHRR and awarded cash and in-kind prizes.
The next competition will be announced in February 2012. Results are available online for the 2011 and 2010 competitions.
